Another awesome TNC Europe practice meeting
Our latest practice meeting was last night and what a phenomenal success, with participants from:

❤️ Italy,
❤️ Bulgaria,
❤️ UK,
❤️ Ireland,
❤️ Germany and,
❤️ the USA...
.. all coming together to practice their #negotiation skills!
What an absolute thrill to see everyone collaborating and learning from each other.

This particular club meeting was even more special, as it was an opportunity to practice negotiating in teams with specific roles, allowing us to not only negotiate but also record the actual movement of the negotiations. This is a difficult feat to achieve when negotiating on our own, so it was fantastic to be able to work in teams to hone our skills.

We also used the Stage 3 Negotiation Cards, which include a number of different variables that add to the complexity of negotiations.

It was wonderful to see the different cultural negotiation styles on display, which helped us further improve our understanding of negotiation skills. Reserved styles vs flamboyant styles provide us with clues on how to adopt and be prepared for the unexpected.
It is very true to say you should NEVER assume you know how to negotiate... ever!

At our Negotiation Club, we believe that practice is absolutely fundamental to developing our negotiation skills.
It is often neglected at our own detriment.
That's why we practice twice each month, and it doesn't matter what level of expertise you are, because we are all about improvement.
